Bart Butler

Hailing from Hondo, TX, Bart Butler is well known for both writing and producing hit songs. He first came to Nashville in 1993 and got his start in publishing, where he secured placement for over 15 #1 songs, including Tim McGraw’s massive hit “Just To See You Smile.” As a songwriter, he co-wrote Thomas Rhett’s #1 “Make Me Wanna.” He also received a BMI award for co-writing Bobby Pinson’s “Don’t Ask Me How I Know”. Most recently, Bart produced the critically acclaimed Jon Pardi album California Sunrise including the #1 hits “Head Over Boots” and “Dirt On My Boots”, and the current single “She Ain’t In It”, which is rapidly climbing the country charts. In his free time, Bart enjoys cooking and spending time with his kids at his place outside Nashville.
